Join SNA of Mass, in person or virtually, for an educational Directors Meeting! Mickinzie Anderson, founder of LunchBox Solutions, will present “Empowering CHANGE – Lead, Advocate, and Elevate Your School Nutrition Program”. Chapters will have a designated in-person meeting place, but directors may also attend virtually.
This session equips school nutrition directors with evidence-based strategies for implementing impactful program changes. Using the CHANGE model, attendees learn a practical, step-by-step approach to drive effective change, strengthen their leadership, and build vital community relationships. The session provides actionable insights into key leadership skills such as managing team dynamics, communicating effectively, and gaining buy-in from district and community partners.
